1. These conditions should be read in conjunction with the main ‘Terms & Conditions’ relating to the OH Bigman website. Where they differ, and in respect only of the usage of Gift Cards, these ‘Terms and Conditions’ will apply.
2. OH Bigman reserves the right to alter or amend the Terms and Conditions of its OH Bigman Gift Card at any time and take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if it is deemed that such action is necessary.
3. Payment by Gift Card
   Gift Cards may be used to purchase goods of a higher purchase price than the amount of the Card, or its remaining balance, on payment of the difference.
4. Restrictions of use
   • Gift Cards can only be used online at the OH Bigman website or in store
   • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash
   • Gift Cards can only be returned or refunded in accordance with your legal rights.
5. Validity
   Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of first usage. Any balance remaining on the card will be effectively cancelled on the expiry of this date
6. Refunds on purchases made online with Gift Card
   If any product purchased with a Gift Card is returned for an exchange or refund, any money to be refunded will automatically be credited to the original Gift Card. If the amount to be refunded is more than the original amount paid for the Gift Card, then any remaining money will be refunded to the other method of payment.
7. Gift Card balance
   Your Gift Card remaining balance will be updated automatically at the time of each transaction. It can be viewed online at www.ohbigman.com, on the Gift Card page, under “Check balance”
8. Lost, stolen or damaged cards
   PLEASE TREAT GIFT CARDS WITH CARE as OH Bigman cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
9. These Terms and Conditions in no way effect your statutory rights
