How can I purchase an OH Bigman GIFT CARD?
It’s a simple two step process.
First choose the value of card you want from our drop down menu and then either;
complete your name and your delivery address. You will then be taken to our “Checkout” page to enable your payment to complete the transaction…….it’s that easy. The card will then be sent out to you on the same day or at the earliest opportunity thereafter.
Or.
complete the name and address of the lucky recipient , and we will send your card directly to them ….including your personal message!
Can I hand write my own personal message to the card?
Yes you can.
Here the GIFT CARD is sent directly to you, so that you can send it (it comes with its own tailor made envelope), or give it, to the lucky recipient. Each card therefore has ample space provided for you to write your personal or confidential, message or greeting inside.
How do I send a card DIRECTLY to the recipient?
Within the GIFT CARD page of our website there is provision for you to elect for the card to be sent direct to your chosen recipient. Simply enter their name and address where instructed
Responding directly to our customers request there is also opportunity for you to insert your “personal message” when ordering a card you wish us to send on .We will then hand write your message on the card for you before it is issued . All this is free of charge of course!
How is the GIFT CARD used?
It’s simple
After browsing the site, the GIFT CARD holder simply adds his chosen item(s) to his basket as normal. At the checkout however there is provision to insert the unique “Gift code” that each card clearly displays. The basket amount, plus any delivery charges ( free over £100 ) , are then deducted from the card value . The balance remaining on the card is reduced accordingly. If the value of the goods selected is more than the card value (or its balance remaining) then the outstanding amount to pay will be clearly displayed, and can be discharged by the usual methods of payment.
Alternatively, the GIFT CARD can of course be used in store, in exactly the same way as above.
How much money can I put on a GIFT CARD?
Cards have a minimum value of £10 and increase incrementally right up to £500
What other cost is there to buying a GIFT CARD?
The card is complimentary, and all associated handling costs are entirely free!

Can the balance remaining on a GIFT CARD be checked at any time?
Yes , 24/7.
Just go to the GIFT CARD page on our website, select 'Check Gift Card Balance' from the left hand menu, input your unique “Gift code” where indicated, and the current monetary balance remaining on the card will be displayed.
