Christmas Returns
Any purchases bought from us between 15th November 2009 and 24th December 2009 can be returned to us by Tuesday 5th January 2010 for a refund, or by 31st January 2010 for an exchange.
Standard Returns Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products then simply return them to us within 7 days for a full refund of the product price or exchange. (Refunds do not include postage costs.) Simply send the item(s) back in their original condition and packaging (including all the attached tags) to the address stated below.
If goods purchased are returned to be replaced for a bigger/smaller size when incorrect sizes have been ordered, this would be subject to a nominal handling and carriage charge payable over the phone with any credit/debit card.
Please Note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept return of Peter England, Rael Brook and David Latimer formal shirts once opened as these will then be deemed as 'unfit for sale'.
We would advise you to always obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery) when returning goods. Please inform us immediately (within the first 3 days of arrival), if any goods have been damaged in transit. After this time we cannot accept any responsibility for damage.
Delivery: UK Mainland and Northern Ireland
The following charges apply to all UK mainland orders.
Orders less that £50.00: £3.95
Orders between £50.01 and £100.00: £5.95
Orders greater than £100.00: FREE CARRIAGE
Please Note: All parcels are now sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In the event that you are not at home to sign for a parcel, a card will be left for you to either arrange another date for delivery or for collection (where possible).
Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only)
A next day delivery service is available if required, at a charge of £9.95.
Note: The next day delivery is only available on orders placed Monday 8am to Thursday 1pm, or Tuesday in the case of a bank holiday.
Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man
Delivery to these areas will be sent via Royal Mail/Business Post at a fixed rate of £12.00
European Delivery Destinations
The following charges apply to European orders to the following countries.
Zone A £18.00: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxemburg and the Netherlands
Zone B £21.00: Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden
